Trick Or Treat!!

Trick or Treating on Pumpkin Alley!

It doesn't get much better than that! Especially with good friends.

Ella was content just riding on the four wheeler with dad.

Hey! Wait for me!

This boy loves him some "tandy" (candy)

Nolan was not even scared! I am telling you, people in our neighborhood go all out!

It's so much fun!

"Luke, I'll trade you this pumpkin for that sucker!"

Ella's Special Play Date

We had one great day at Dinosaur World thanks to two gals who set it up. There were nine families stretching from Murfreesboro Tennessee all the way to Wisconsin.

I have gotten to know these families through the Holt forum and their blogs. Most of these precious toddlers has had my heart from their referral and I continue to follow their stories.

Check out all this cuteness!

This was an attempt of a group photo minus two girlies.

Meet my friend Erin and her daughter Mabel. Erin and I were KD sorority sisters at WKU. We have not seen each other since until today. Who knew we would be united by our asian angels.

Isn't Miss Mabel a beauty! Be still my heart! Her mom says she is a "hot mess."

Ella and Mabel liked digging for fossils. I think they could be BFF's.

Ella got to see her buddy Aiden and his big sister Taylor again! This boy never stops smiling!

Leah, can we go ahead and arrange their marriage? Hee hee....I wish it were that easy! He is just too cute! I love how he is looking at her in this picture.

Ella and Will really liked these fun activity tables.

One last attempt for a group photo! A total chaotic workout for the parents!
Notice Ella is screaming at the top of her lungs. She is thinking, "No mom not more cameras!"

Whew! This is what we got. Everyone is in it this time except Harrison.

From left to right we have: Ella, Mabel, Annalee, Brodie, Miles, Olivia, Bates, Will, and Aiden

One of these families is getting ready to bring home Korean twins for their Christmas present and two of these families have already started the process for a sibling. How Exciting!

I am looking forward to following their journeys again.

We cannot wait until spring for another play date adventure!

Fall Break Part 3

My three favorite little people

Just give the boy his "boat" and some waves and he is HAPPY!

This girl loves some water!

All this big boy needs is a fast water slide! Check out those muscles! Bad to the bone!

First Family of 5 photos and Ella is 20 Months Today

It is certainly not easy getting family photos with three kids. That is why we put it off until now. The goal was to get some pictures that we could use for our Christmas card/announcement for Ella.

Thanks to Chesley Summar photography we did just that!!!! I am super pleased with these.

My two handsome boys! Although Nolan was not so cooperative.
Chesley still managed to capture a couple of him.

This girlie was a ham as long as she was not being held.

I love this one of all three of them. I can't wait to put this one on my wall!

Out of at least 50 family pictures these were the two that were pretty good. Oh my! the other ones were
definitely showing some personality!

I love both of these!

My kids did not make it easy on Chesley and boy did she have to work for it.

Because these are our first official family of 5 photos, I will treasure them forever!

This one could not be more perfect for her announcement!

The photo session was a workout in more ways than one but it was so worth it!

Happy 20 months Ella!

Fall Break Part 2

We planned a little spur of the moment get away for fall break. Last year we went to Cincinnati and the boys have been begging to go back to the indoor water park. Instead of going back there we decided to head towards Gatlinburg. We stayed at the Wilderness lodge which also has an indoor water park. All      three of them love the water.

But you cannot go to Gatlinburg and not see the amazing beauty of Gods creation.

One of my favorite spots is the Chimney Top picnic area. The kids loved it and they did not want to leave.

We threw rocks,

Played in the water and a certain someone (Nathaniel) fell in,

Caught a caterpillar,

Climbed,

And played in the leaves.

This ended up being one of the boys favorite spots too.
