Mom's Kindergarten Breakfast

We had a Mom's kindergarten breakfast at church Friday after school started.

I have been blessed to know some of these moms for years and others have become  new friends the last 6 months.

Just so happens that six of us mamas will be back in two years doing this again!

Cindy is our Children's minister and she is one amazing Lady. She oozes with love for the Lord. She is someone you wish you could hang around everyday so she will rub off on you. I tease her that she should call me every morning and give me my mama pep talk for the day. I know my day would be much better if she would. Ella just adored her too!

Stella Jane and Ella will be in preschool together this year. They really hit it off! Its a good thing because we are going to their open house after this.

I seriously love this girly so much!

We will be back in two years to celebrate these three monkeys starting school. Well I shouldn't say celebrate because I will be a sobbing mess. Nathaniel will start Jr. High and Ella will go to kindergarten. REALLY! I just need to stop thinking about it.

Time please slow down!

Nolan is 6!

I know.....I say it every year that I cannot believe another year has gone.

Nolan had been asking to go to Climb Nashville because Nathaniel had told him about it.
We surprised him with a trip for his birthday! He was all grins!

And best of all Nana, Pop, and the cousins came!

I think I am concentrating on my new skills.

These boys climbed and climbed. What boys do best!  Ella was more into throwing and kicking rocks.

Even Mom and Dad got a climbing workout. It's harder than it looks.

We ended the day at one of our families favorites! PF Changs!
Nolan got a special birthday treat!

We had such a great day!

back to school 2013

I have two very happy boys! They both got the teacher they wanted! We were thrilled to have Mrs. Price again! Nathaniel had her for kindergarten too and she is precious! Mrs. Cole is an absolutely amazing teacher. We are blessed to have her for her last year.

I wish time would slow down! But Nolan was so ready for school. The boys were so excited to finally be at school together.

Sending the second child to kindergarten is so different because:

1. He will not let me dress him like I want to
2. He thinks he is too big to decorate his "All About Me" bag
3. He wants to be Mr. Independent and thinks he knows everything

Ella was not going to miss this photo opportunity. She wanted in the picture!

These two boys have so much fun together! Hard to believe they are only 6 weeks apart by looking at this picture.

Nolan was taking all the chaos in.

Ella and Grant enjoyed the music and clapping

Tried to get one more last shot of Nolan walking to class and this is what I got. NO MOM!
No tears for us! He was ready to roll!

When I picked them up Nathaniel talked a mile a minute about how good it was. He loves that Mrs. Cole is the science teacher and all the animals are in their room. He gets to help feed them.

Nolan on the other hand came out smiling but didn't say a word. The answer to everything I asked was, "I'm not telling." Oh well maybe he will eventually talk.

Mrs.Price said he had a wonderful day.

Summer time Fun!

One thing for sure......My kids LOVE WATER!

Centrikid Church Camp

First of all I can't believe I have a kid old enough to go to camp. This was the first year they could go as 4th graders. He wasn't too sure about the idea until we got there and then he was all smiles.

Nolan was a little sad his big brother was leaving on a big bus. He finally got his hug before he boarded. I have to admit I got a little teary eyed watching the bus leave and waving good bye.

 Here is the whole gang!

Katy Moran was there and she sent me this picture during camp.

This is what siblings do while their brothers are away! LOL!

It was a little more peaceful without the boys fighting.

He made it home! Ella was glad to see him. Overall Nathaniel said he had a really good time but the music was cheezy and it was chaotic. His favorite was OMC (organized mass chaos game)

Super Moon Ride With Pop

These two boys would not want to be anywhere else! They love their Pop and their night time rides! It's even more cool under the super moon!

Lightening Bugs

Look at these sweet little hands!

Ela caught her first lightening bug tonight. She loved it!

I love watching the kids just be kids!

We are super excited to have one of their cousins, Carson, staying with us for a few days.

Looking forward to more fun summer nights.

Father's Day

These Three kiddos could not have a better dad! He really is the whole package!

Thank you for all you do for us.

We are blessed!

Happy Father's Day Nat!

Holiday World 2013

We surprised the boys with a trip to Holiday World!

Nat said he had never seen them get dressed that fast.

It was a perfect day!

Nolan was able to ride more this year because he has grown so much.

Nat and I are both big kids when it comes to all the rides. We love the water park!

It was not crowded at all and we literally hopped one ride after the other.

Love these silly boys! What a fun day!

I love surprising them!
