The Boys

Nathaniel had a field trip to the Hotrods game this week. Nolan was rewarded for his good behavior and he was able to go too. Nolan thought he was just as big as the second graders.

And then me and this cute four year old had some one on one time at the park.
I have really missed one on one with him.

He can cross the monkey bars all by himself.

And then he couldn't wait for me to get on this so he could take my picture.

And the big news of the week is this!

Nolan can ride his bike without training wheels all by himself! He doesn't even need help getting on and started. Wow!

Seriously! Where has my baby boy gone!

We love this little Ninja!

This and That iPhone goodness

Boy! Have we been enjoying this early spring!

Ella's first trip to the duck park. She loved it! She was not scared to feed them and she kept quacking like a duck and flapping her arms like she was doing the chicken dance.

Seriously! Sprinkler fun in the back yard the first week of April!

Just a little lake fever on good Friday!

Wow! Cows!

Farming, fishing, and hunting at Nana and Pops!

The boys had a blast digging for worms and fishing!

This is all six of the grandkids. They have so much fun together!

Nathaniel and I did a little furniture makeover in the living room while dad was away. He is a strong little dude! Nat really dislikes when I get in this mood but it looks fantastic! We voted and guess what he didn't win. The kids and I really liked it.

Naps with dad

This is one funny boy! He dressed himself for Mrs. Vivi's and I am not sure if he is a cowboy, hunter, cop, or firefighter! LOL He has a pistol in his pocket, firefighter rain boots, and handcuffs hanging on the back of his pants.
Love this boy!

Field trips!

Climbing trees!

and

Swim lessons!

It's been a busy spring but very fun!

Soccer Boys

This is Nolan's first time to play soccer. He was excited to finally be able to do what big brother does.

Big Brother was trying to give him some pointers before his first game.

Dad provides some encouraging words.

Nolan is doing so good and he has been so fun to watch. He was super excited when he scored his first goal! Sometimes he gets a little confused and tries to tackle. So funny! Who knows, maybe he will be our little football player too!

Nathaniel has played soccer before but took last year off. I am so glad he is back at it again. He does really well. He says its his second favorite behind basketball.

I love the picture above. He is always there for an encouraging high five or a chest bump for his teammates.

He has earned 3 patches so far. The first one he got tough guy. (which he is) The other two were for scoring the most goals. He was so excited about ironing them on his shorts.

His coach does an amazing job!

Eight years ago I had no idea I would be spending so much time on ballfields.....BUT I LOVE WATCHING AND CHEERING FOR MY BOYS!!!!!

I can do everything through Him who gives me strength.     Phil. 4:13
